Payments: All payments must have cleared through paypal before the reading is done.
Shipping: All orders are emailed out 24-72 hours of receiving a cleared payment pending natural disasters or circumstances beyond my control.
Refunds: No refunds but I am happy to help you understand any part of the reading you may disagree with. I am very customer oriented and will do what I must to keep my customers satisfied and coming back.
